They prepare you for different exams. Lingo Copilot Speaking is for the speaking sections of IELTS, PTE Academic, PTE Core and TOEFL iBT: you answer each test's speaking tasks in English, on its real timings, and get an estimated score on that test's own scale. Lingo Copilot CCL is for Australia's NAATI CCL interpreting test: you interpret dialogue segments between English and another language and get marked on omissions, additions and distortions.
AI scores are practice estimates, not official results. Lingo Copilot Speaking aligns its estimates with the criteria and scales IELTS, Pearson (PTE) and ETS (TOEFL) publish, and Lingo Copilot CCL marks against NAATI's accuracy error categories. The value is consistency and immediacy — you see where marks were lost straight after each answer. Only the official test bodies can issue an official result.
